The Echo Lake Residence project has been a labor of love and change, displaying an amazing transformation of a once-muted building. The house’s initial state was identified by dark tones of gray, brown, and white, which served as a blank canvas for our design team. We set out on an exciting adventure with the goal of giving this house a new life. The most noticeable difference was the addition of a new color scheme, with the brick façade now decorated in a crisp, refreshing white. This change not only brightened the façade but also gave the entire house a sense of modern elegance. 

Aside from the color refresh, the Echo Lake Residence now has a beautiful architectural design. A wonderful archway entrance, spacious doors, and wide windows bring in plenty of natural light, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. A huge terrace at the back of the property invites leisurely Sunday afternoon barbecues and provides an ideal view point to enjoy the lovely greenery. The project includes a nicely constructed landscape visualization, packed with a nice bonfire pit and strategically positioned LED lighting to provide a warm mood when daylight fades. The finished product is a wonderful blend of aesthetics and utility that has us genuinely delighted about how this project has been transformed into a place of comfort and beauty.
