About the project
FOYER
The foyer of the modern home is designed in a stylish contemporary style. The centerpiece is a furniture arrangement that seamlessly blends comfort and style. A concealed wardrobe for outerwear helps maintain a clean, streamlined look, while a bench with pull- out drawers underneath offers a convenient solution for shoe storage. A large mirror in a golden frame against the backdrop of black plaster not only adds sophistication but also visually expands the space. The harmonious combination of materials and colors creates a modern and elegant accent, perfectly complementing the overall interior concept. A long hallway leads us to the kitchen-living area and the stairs, designed with modern minimalism.The stairs feature hidden lighting that creates a soft, diffused glow, and with comfortable handrails that ensure comfort. For additional lighting between the floors, stylish sconces are incorporated, adding a cozy touch in the evening as they cast shadows on the stairs.The finishing touch is a painting that brings a positive mood to the residents and adds a touch of individuality to the space.
DINING Room
The dining area is set in its own room with open pathways, creating a perfect balance of privacy while remaining beautifully connected to the main spaces of the first floor. The interior is designed for comfort, offering a welcoming atmosphere for both family gatherings and guest meetings. The space features a carefully considered furniture arrangement, including display cabinets for tableware and a convenient sideboard, providing both functionality and elegance. An accent painting on the wall adds vibrant color, creating a warm atmosphere. The focal point is a black marble dining table, elegantly detailed with matte brass inlays, drawing attention with its refined design. Above the table, a modern chandelier with clear glass spheres provides striking lighting, emphasizing the stylish character of the space. Surrounding the table are contemporary upholstered chairs, chosen for maximum comfort, ensuring that long evenings of pleasant conversation leave only warm memories.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has a sleek, modern vibe, thanks to the mix of dark tile backsplash and light wood cabinets. This contrast gives the space a unique, standout look. Glass pendant lights above the table bring an airy feel and soft illumination to the space, while the gold sconces on the backsplash and the gold table legs add a touch of elegance and subtle luxury. Altogether, these details create a one-of-a-kind atmosphere where comfort and style blend in perfect harmony.
Living Room
The living room impresses with its spaciousness and stylish design, where comfort meets modern elements. With a two-story-high ceiling, natural light pours in generously, brightening the whole space. The standout element in the living room is the dark plaster fireplace, highlighted by the light-tiled wall above it. This bold accent sets the tone for the entire home’s interior. Natural wood cabinets beside the fireplace, just like in the kitchen, add an earthy touch, while two light, comfortable sofas and lounge chairs with ottomans create the perfect setting for family relaxation. The whole furniture layout in the living room is brought together by a nearly black, stylish rug. This living room has a cozy vibe with a stylish yet simple aesthetic, where each element is thoughtfully chosen to enhance the overall look.
Master Zone
The master bedroom features a modern design with an aesthetic blend of light tones and natural wood, adding warmth and coziness to the space. The interior is grounded in light oak wood surfaces on the walls and ceiling, which pair beautifully with soft pastel-toned furniture and light gray carpeting on the floor. To add contrast, dark wood accents, like the TV wall and dresser, create a stylish touch that defines the space. The lighting fixtures, including a chandelier, pendant, and rounded table lamp, catch attention with their color accents and smooth lines. Altogether, these details highlight the modern, stylish feel of the interior, where the contrast between light and dark elements creates a unique visual effect.
The walk-in closet is styled entirely in a light oak tone. Dark mosaic tiles on the floor and part of the walls serve as a striking accent, enhancing the room’s aesthetic. A freestanding bathtub, positioned by a large window, creates the perfect setting for relaxation, allowing you to enjoy natural light and the beautiful view outside. The vanity with two sinks provides convenience, while the built-in makeup area adds functionality and comfort. The wall behind the vanity, decorated with gradient wallpaper transitioning from dark to light, introduces a dynamic touch and complements the tile design in the shower area. With the thoughtful storage system, featuring an additional cabinet, all necessary items can be easily organized, keeping the space neat and tidy.
