The main desire of the customers was to create a modern, technological, and stylish house on a fairly small plot of land near the river. Minimalism, barn house, and patio – three words that successfully characterize this architectural project! Altman Residence is a nice 2-story home that’s simple and stylish. It’s not too big, just 200 square meters, and it has a mix of a simple look, a bit like a barn, and a nice patio. The first floor is for hanging out with friends and family, and the second floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, closets, and an office for the owner. We designed the house in such a way that the outer walls, together with the garage, extend to the boundary of the plot and form an inner courtyard. The layout of the premises and the orientation of the windows to the inside of the property allowed us to effectively use the area inside and create a cozy patio with a swimming pool and a covered area for sunbeds, a flower garden, and a terrace with a barbecue. Think about being in the backyard with a pool, comfy sunbeds, pretty flowers, and a terrace.
