The complex is located in a tourist region in a mountainous area (Ukraine, the city of Yaremche – the climatic resort of Prykarpattya). It consists of three separate houses and garages for cars on the same plot, which together harmoniously fit into the overall concept of the ensemble and create a complete and continuous facade.

The main concept of placing houses on the plot is related not only to the features of the terrain and the shape of the plot but also to the desire of the customer to maximize the territory of the courtyard. The facades of the buildings are oriented to the roadway and are located along the outer boundary of the plot. This made it possible to increase the space inside the building, where terraces, recreation areas, and swimming pools were located.

The modern look of the houses is dictated by the barn house architectural style, which is characterized by gable metal roofs and brick decoration on the facade. The area of each house is about 200 meters squared, where all the necessary premises are located – a spacious kitchen, living room, and three bedrooms with bathrooms and wardrobes. This type of building is suitable for living or recreation of a large family of several generations, each of whom will be comfortably accommodated in their own separate house.
